Hey student,
It doesn't mean KCET exam repeater is a failure he or she can score rank below 1000 or below 100 it is not impossible it is not even hard for a repeater to score rank below 1000.It all depends on the boards, the CET paper of that day and the scores of the people close to you in the ranklist. Hence I wound think you should have marks at least 130 to 150 to get a rank under 1000. Hope this helps.
