Dear Aspirant

You need to choose upgradation to participate in further round of counselling. As you mentioned that You forget to upgrade option to participate in third allotment of AIIMS PG so I think you cannot participate in further round of allotment. You may confirm this by reading the terms and condition of upgradation provided by the website.
