Hope you are doing well. Now come to your question, actually MYSY scholarship is offered by the state government of Gujarat  to the economically weaker section students of Gujarat. All those students who wish to pursue higher education like diploma courses, engineering, pharmacy course, medical course, etc apply for MYSY scholarship every year and the candidates should be a domicile of the Gujarat state. So, Maharashtra student may not be able to get MYSY scholarship if taken admission in Gujarat medical college.
