Hello,
Yes you can get into the sree vidyaniketan engineering college, tirupathi.
The process is,you need to register for the counselling in svec,tirupathi by going to college for which registration costs around 2000.Note that you are going through b category,so you may have chances based on the number of applicants applied for the college through b category.
