If you're asking about the NEET application form extension dates then it's already done. The last date was 7th of December. So the only option left is to apply for it the next year.
However there are 2 other medical entrance exams- AIIMS and JIPMER.
The basic registration for AIIMS has already started from 30th November and is till 3rd of January 2019. You can apply for it.

For JIPMER, the registration will start on 6th of March 2019.
