B.Sc. Nursing Admission Requirements

Aspirants must fulfil specific requirements in order to apply for the B.Sc. Nursing programme. The prerequisites for the B.Sc. in Nursing, however, differ from institute to institute. Additionally, the eligibility requirements for each entrance exam vary. As a result, the following basic eligibility requirements for a B.Sc. in nursing are listed below for the aspirants' reference:

  • Candidates must have received at least a 50% grade in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in order to be considered.
  • In class 12, English is also a required subject.
  • A person should be in good health.

Qualifications for a B.Sc. (Post-Basic)

  • Candidates need to have obtained a 10+2 in biology, chemistry, and physics (PCB).
  • They must obtain a certificate in GNM (General Nursing Midwifery) and register with the State Nurses Registration Council as an RNRM (Registered Nurse Registered Midwife)
