Yes, Non-Maharashtrian candidates can get admission in College Of Engineering Pune (COEP). And For taking admission in engineering colleges of Maharashtra. You have to appear for MHT CET as well as  JEE examination. If you score decent marks up to 160/200 in MHT CET you can get admission in good college of Maharashtra. For COEP you have to score more than 175 /200 in MHT CET  because of toughest competition and also good rank in JEE Mains can get you COEP.
