Yeah Anjali definitely you can able to apply for the NEET entrance examination but for that you should have the Bio as a compulsory subject such that you can be apply for the NEET for pursuing the degree MBBS .

Every student till the clear neet is a non medical student
what do you mean by the term non medical student is a very important issue
And by the way are you talking about NEET UG or neet PG
if for NEET UG you are still a + 2 level student who is a non medico and until he or she clears the examination you cannot be entitled to be a medico
if you are talking about neet PG no you cannot apply for it unless you have passed MBBS or another degree which is affiliated to a recognised by the word and past subsequent clearance examination to be eligible for giving neet PG

as the eligibility criteria is one should have done 10+2 from a known board with subjects Physics,Chemistry & Biology as only these subject marks are considered.
