Maharashtra neet state counselling is open state ?? Non domicile Candidates can apply for its private medical colleges?

Dear Pramod, first off, if you are not from Maharashtra, you do not qualify to participate in Maharashtra State Counselling. Maharashtra State Counselling is strictly for those candidates who hold the domicile of Maharashtra. Candidates of other States cannot participate in State Counsellings. And because Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and  non domicile candidates cannot participate in Maharasthra State Counselling. So just to answer your question, Maharashtra is not an open State and Non domicile candidates cannot seek admission in Private Medical Colleges except for Management Quota.
