Yes, obviously you can pursue BA Hons GEOGRAPHY after your 12th from science stream. It's totally fine & you are 100% eligible to do so. Well, let me give you a brief about this course .
BA hons Geography is a full time 3 years course , Students from any stream are eligible to pursue this course. There are no entrance exams conducted for this course, the admission is granted on the basis of your score in 12th class. In this degree you will study about the basics of human and physical geography , physical features, processes on earth ,  human - environment relationship etc.
