 Yes. You might be able to get a government seat easily if category  is SC/ST, if general then you might have to opt for private college MBBS seats as the cut off will go higher. It would have helped me answer your query better if I knew which category you have applied under and what state domicile you hold. Overall, 423 is an ok score but then again it all depends on the category, SC, ST, UR, GEN, PH, etc. In case of SC/ST you can definitely get a MBBS seat or BDS seat.
