Yes getting a score 180+ can help you getting into a well esteemed NIT and you can also apply for admissions in NSIT and DTU.

Hello Gaurav,
Getting more than 50% marks in examination as difficult as JEE mains is really a very appriciable thing to achieve.
Getting over 180 marks out of 360 in JEE mains could land you into any of the prestigious institution for engineering in India. You can definitely have admission in colleges like NIT Nagpur, NIT Patna , Motilal Nehru National Institute of technology, etc. So don't be worried about which college you will get. Just study hard and make your well wishers proud.

Yes definitely. With 180+ marks, you can get any branch of your choice at VNIT Nagpur( CS on the boundary).
And if you get even more marks, you're chances of landing a great college only get better exponentially. As most of the students are stuck below 170 marks, so your rank rises very steeply when you go upwards from 200.
