Wbjee,the engineering entrance exam for the various engineering colleges in West Bengal can be given by students from any state of India.

Jadavpur University is the top college which admits students through WBJEE. It admits students from any state.In fact is no home state or other state quota in JU. The mode of admission is same.Lot of students from UP,Bihat study in JU. Admission is based purely on the basis of rank in WBJEE.

Also many other colleges consider students Irrespective of state like niversity Institute of Technology, Burdwan University , University of Kalyani , Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya ,etc.
