Hello aspirant,

According to the KCET exam eligibility criteria published in the official site, candidates applying for the exam must be a citizen of India. Aspirants have to complete their education in Karnataka Government or Recognized institutions for at least seven years from class 1 to 12. At least one parent of the candidate must have completed their studies in Karnataka state for a minimum period of seven years. The mother tongue of the candidate should be  Kannada, Tulu, Kodava and must be a resident from any Kannada speaking area in India. So sorry other state students are not allowed to sit for this exam.

Hope this helps,

All the Best!!
