Generally for admission in B.Sc. Computer Science computer must be a main subject in the 10+ 2 level.
Admission in government college is tough, but there are various private universities which take admission on the merit obtained by the candidate in the entrance or interview.
If the admission is done on by the process of entrance having computer subject doesn't matter in few colleges.
Kindly go through the college brochure for the same and then decide.
