Hello Aspirant,  you can do Engineering in computer science but you have to work hard from starting so that you can grip in your subjects and coding. The other thing is that you have to try a lot of practice in coding. Because in computer science the important thing is coding and algorithm.

yes you can definetly do b.tech in computer in engineering  you will not get any problem while taking admisiion on it .on the starting semester all the basic about the subject will be clear  by practising you you will become perfect.

Yes.A PCMB student can do computer science engineering with no background knowledge.In first year of your degree you will be taught all the basics necessary.So,don't worry about pre knowledge.
