Yes, other states students also can apply for TNEA as the Anna university has started registration procedure for admissions through TNEA for other states students.

The date of registration given as of now is July, 2019.

According to the eligibility criteria mentioned on their site, students can fill the application form and give the necessary details.

TNEA for other states students 2019 will have different allotment to the region wise seats profound via Anna university in it's constituent colleges only. A merit list for TNEA will be given and based on the rank allotment will be done.
