Yes definitely! Many questions of the Joint Entrance Examination (Main), or JEE (Main) are repeated from previous years and many other questions appears in the exam straight out of the NCERT textbooks. So, if you complete the previous year questions and NCERTS books thoroughly, then not only 150, but a score of even 200 is not a big task.
