I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but students of other states are not eligible for OUAT examination , it is mandatory to be a domicile of Odisha to be eligible

You can check the eligibility criteria for OUAT 2020 exam for bvsc given below

Candidate needs to be a domicile of Odisha

Candidate must be at least 17 years old on 31/12/2020.

Candidate must have passed 10+2 level with minimum aggregate of 50% marks (for ST/SC/PwD candidates it is 40%)
