Yes you can apply for MBBS NEET in goa if you are from other domicile. As there are 15% All india quota seats available for them who qualified in neet. But for you getting admission into neet you have to score Minimum of 600+to get top college's and it also depends on your category.

For UR/EWS - 720 to 147

OBC - 146 to 113

ST -146 to 113

SC - 146 to 113
