Thanks for asking your query.As you are from Tamil Nadu and want admission in college of Maharashtra,I want to clear that Jee mains is an all India based examination therefore students can get admission in their desire college based on their marks,but few seats for NITs are reserved for state student but it doesn't mean that you can't get admission in other state colleges it depends on your mains marks and college cutoff.
