Can we attend for 2nd phase without cancelling seat alloted in 1st phase and without making payment of tution fee in tsicet

Hello  anjali

If you participate in 2nd phase of counselling and you get a seat allotted in 2nd phase,your 1st allotment will be cancelled automatically as to be filled in next round.so it doesn't matter if you cancel or not your seat will be cancelled if you get allotted in 2nd phase of counselling.
