If your interested you can attended but both for Post Graduation (PG). In Andhra Pradesh APPGECET counselling will be held first next GATE counselling. From GATE we can get admission into IIT's, NIT's. For APPGECET you will get colleges near or local colleges in Andhra Pradesh. If you want to attended both you can attend.
