You can't change the exam center itself as it is provided by NTA (talking of jee) on your admit card issue week before the exam. In the best case scenario you can change the preference of the center through the correction window for which you do ge notify before the exam.

yeah!! you could have chnaged the examintaion center but i m where as the corection would be allowed from the march 27th to 31st of march
