Hello,

No, you cannot change the seat allotment once you are allotted in a college. Seat allotment is based on the category of the student, rank secured by the candidates, seat availability, cut off rank and local area/non-local area. The seat allotment under convener quota will be final.
You need to report in the college allotted to you to confirm the admission and join in the college by submitting the required original documents and paying the prescribed admission fee. However, you can participate in second phase if you are not satisfied with the first seat allotment.
