No you cannot count PE in your best 4. You can count English or some other subject which was in your course. Best four is usually taken into consideration when you have opted for PCMB. It is irrelevant if you are searching for college admissions as they only need the main subject marks. You can however count PE in best four in case you need to brag to a relative. Hope this helps.
