Yes , the candidates who haven't taken admission or participated  till the third round are eligible to participate in the spot round  and you can get directly admission in spot round of jac Delhi.

To participate in the spot round you need to register online.( through the  jacdelhi.nic.in ) and pay participation fees of RS 10,000 which is refundable.

Although the chances of getting the desired course is very less in spot round.

But be willing to take a chance, because you never know how perfect something could turn out to be.All the very best .
