After completing your diploma in electronics going for lateral entry is good than opting for the Bsc. means it is better for you to join directly in B.tech 2nd year.It will give you a bright future than going with the Bsc.you can settle well and can earn good job with handsome salaries.You have to write the entrance exams after your diploma to earn a seat in the engineering colleges.

yes you can do b. sc course after completing your diploma in electronics, however most of the colleges gibes admission to b. sc college on the basis of 10+2 score, you you need to directly contact with the college or check the official website for qualification criteria.
