Yes , you can do Mbbs after Bds but for this you have to clear the neet exam again for Mbbs ,and If you clear the exam only than you would be able to do Mbbs after bds..
But you have to face many difficulties because Bds and Mbbs both are very different Coarses
So, Its all upto you whether you want to do or not ..
But yes, If you want to do you can do only after the completion of your Bds coarse..
