Without taking the JEE test, you can absolutely complete a B. Tech in computer science engineering. Direct admission is the term used in colleges for this. Some institutions need a minimum JEE mains score, however many colleges grant direct admission based on your performance on their test. Except for IITs and nits, where you can apply for direct admission, they hold their own exams before admission. In India, there are many colleges, giving you a wide range of choices.
