You can get admission into CMC Vellore only through NEET examination. 

There is no other examination for the admission for the specified college. 

However after the results of neet, you have to register to Tamil nadu state counselling where you have to choose cmc vellore as a choice in order to be eligible for admission.

If you are a Christian, you will have to undergo a Bible Test as well during the time of counselling.
