Dear Student ,

It depends on the subject that you have taken as hons in your B.Sc degree.As you know , most of the MNCs hire graduates based on their technical concepts as well as good communication skills. Example , for BCA or B.Sc computer sc students , they can get easily in MNCs(Eg: Wipro, Cognizant, TCS etc)  through on campus/ off campus as they have some required skills which might help to grab a job in IT sectors .You need to to do some extra MOOCS also based on some technical/industrial subjects which is required in MNCs for getting a job.
