Absolutely. Nothing stops you from doing this.

Just keep in mind the various risks and costs.

1. Fees and time.
2. You could end up not getting selected next year and not doing well + enjoying 1st year at your current college.

Not meant to scare you. Just be aware. I even know of students who have done this successfully in the past. And this is one of the suggestions I make to some students.

Yes, surely you can give the CAT examinations through which you can get the admission at IIM's. Course offered by them is Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP), you get the degree of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) which is equivalent to your MBA. I would suggest you that instead of getting into IIM's you should think of getting into some good internship, which will help you shape your management career well. As you have invested your time as well as money in the MBA which you are pursuing so make it count.

yes definately you can give the exam while doing mba in 2nd sem. there will be no issue regarding this. feel free to give exam of iim while doing mba in 2nd sem.

Yes , you can definitely give the exam but according to me it would not be of good use. You would have to waste your whole year as you are currently in second semester. Maybe that hampers your Resume as well. You must now focus on getting a good internship for better career prospects rather than giving the exam.

Yes ofcourse, you can definitely give exam of IIM while doing MBA in 2nd Sem.

But, it is not advisable as it may hamper your progress in the current course. So it would be better if you focus on a particular course and give in your best without giving an entrance again.
