Dear student, you can definitely leave the allotted college after the allotment in NEET mop up round. But if you have accepted that college and paid the fees for the same, then you will not be refunded any amount if you cancel admission. These are the rules specified by MCA.

Hello,

The seats that remain vacant after 1st and 2nd round counselling are filled by the Mop up round for NEET UG. The candidates who did not get the seat allotment in the NEETsecond round counselling are eligible to participate in this round. Its upto to the student whether he wants to take or not.
