Yes, there are chances that you can change your college in the 2nd round of counseling or the last level of counseling because many of the seats that remain vacant after the students take admission through JEE and another private university.

It depends on two things-

Your rank in UPSEE
Availability of seats in top colleges.

what should i do for it ? should i choose for float or freezbecause i put my dirst priority of KNIT but i wanted IET what should i do??
