Actually, No you cannot persue BCA course without MATHS after 12th.

Bachelor of Computer Application is a 3-year long undergraduate programme, which demands students to complete their 12th or equivalent exam with min of 50% marks and any mathematics subject compulsorily to be eligible for this course.

There might be a possibility that some colleges take entrance test and their eligibility criteria might be different too.

You can, certainly. However, not all colleges might be. There are few colleges/universities that won't accept candidates without math skills, but there are plenty that also permit candidates without math in their 12th grade. So go for it; getting into BCA won't be too difficult.
