U can apply for for both bhms and mbbs simentenously.

For both bhms and mbbs u need to qualify neet.
But Mbbs counseling happens first then bhms as per my knowledge.
There is more scope for mbbs than bhms in india ,but if your interest is in homeopathy then you can definitely go for it.
