No , without giving gujcet exam you can't register for acpc with just jee score,

Gujcet score is most important for acpc exam, as the result is declared on the basics of inter se merti marks and gujcet merit list.

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that yes, you can apply for some colleges in gujarat that accepts JEE mains score and register in some of teh top colleges in gujarat with JEE mains score without giving GUJCET for 2022. Colleges like Nirma , DAIICT, PDPU have certain percentage of seats which can be applied through JEE scores. Likewise you can look for colleges which accept JEE score. But government colleges would consider GUJCET only.
