Yes you can opt regional languages for NEET UG. The regional languages are Hindu, Urdu , english, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Oriya, Tamil and Telugu. how ever if you belong to Telangana you can chose only as telugu, hindi or urdu as regional language you can‘t chose tamil.
