WHO is an International Organisation responsible for Global health. It is a special Agency whose objective is to make sure that all people get highest level of health. It is not a teaching Institution and so you cannot pursue courses like MD or MS there. But there are few online free courses and paid courses on WHO's website that anyone can pursue. You can try that but MD or MS with WHO is not possible.
