Mop up rounds are conducted to fill the leftover seats after the all rounds of Counselling have been done . Candidates are notified about it one offical website. Leftover seats are displayed. The candidates are asked to register again and fill the choices again .

Yes you will get to apply for your new choices in Mop Up Round. Its same as when you apply for different round Counselling you surely get chance of fresh Choice filling. So same In Mop Up Round you can select your most preferred College on the top to least at the bottom.

Mop Up Round is held to fill the seats that remain vacant after 1st and 2nd rounds of counselling for NEET UG. All the candidates who won't be able to get seats in either of the two rounds will be eligible to participate in the mop up round of NEET Counselling 2019.
