My answer to your question is No .
You cannot get a seat in BDS without Neet marksheet i.e without clearing neet and if you want to do BDS , you will have to clear it any how , it doesn't matter if you want to do BDS from a private medical college or from a foriegn medical college , clearing neet is mandatory.
