no you cannot have a SBI VISA card fro payment while  if,  you can not pay through Bank of Maharashtra card. While paying through debit card, the only options available are Syndicate Bank, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank. This means that you need to have debit cards of these banks only. However, the other fee payment options are also available which include PayTM, SBI Buddy Wallet, Cash Cards, Cash using e-Challan (download the E-challan of Syndicate Bank/Canara Bank/ICICI Bank/HDFC Bank). The e-challan can be generated once the online application form is submitted. You must take a printout of this e-challan and carry it to the nearest branch of the selected bank for fee payment. After fee payment confirmation from the Bank/CBSE, you will be able to take a printout of the Acknowledgement Page.
