Yes u can wear it.The only thing is you need to reach the examination centre early so that inspection can be done early.
During the inspection you need to take it off and cooperate with the security persons.
After that is done , u can wear it and go to for the biometrics.

Hope you are doing good. Actually I think its better to follow the dress code published by the board than taking risk.I will mention below the dress code.

Light clothes with half sleeves not having big buttons, brooch/badge, flower etc. with Salwar/ Trouser, Slippers, sandals with low heels are allowed. Shoes for the female candidate are also not allowed.
