It depends upon what is your current profile,your budget,career goals etc. Because if you want a successful career you need to land on a good job. And for that you need to get in a reputed college. Otherwise you will have to work extra hard to get a successful career.  

The IIMs are the top B Schools that are on every MBA aspirant's list. Apart from that XLRI, IMI, S.P.JAIN are some of the best colleges in india.

Coming to your choices - Nalsar has its reputation for LAW. But in recent years, A lot of MBA aspirants are showing interest in this college. It is starting to gain a good reputation for MBA. Although,it is not as good as other reputed B schools but overall it is good choice for MBA.

Nalsar University for MBA is something related to business as well as law, if you are interested in law too you can go ahead for this college. The college Ambience and fee structure is good and affordable respectively.
MS Ramaiah Bangalore is college for both courses MBA and PGDM but this college is Little expensive but placement packages won't satisfy the fee criteria that you pay .
