I'm extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot go for diploma in Physiotherapy  with the qualification of just 10th and thus there are no college offering diploma in physiotherapy with 10th qualification.

This is because,
The basic  elegibility criteria to be eligible for diploma in Physiotherapy is 10 + 2 qualification.

The general eligibility criteria for diploma in Physiotherapy which is 2 year course is provided below :-

-) you should have completed your 10 + 2 in science stream
-) in general you need at least 50% in your 12th board examination to be eligible
-) admission is on the basis of marks obtained by you in 12th or through entrance examination
