Hello Dhanalakshmi
The weight age of the chapters in chemistry are mainly vested in the fact that majority of the questions asked from organic chemistry followed by Physical and Inorganic Chemistry
To develop a concept of proper organic chemistry you need to be well versed with the nomenclature techniques and the reaction mechanism
You also need to be well versed with the molar and equivalence concepts and practice regular numericals based on the various formulae and typical patterns which are usually asked in examination
Weightage of chapters from which most of the questions are asked as seen in the recent years Neet papers are principles of organic chemistry chemical bonding, metallurgical Sciences and alloys, carbonyl compounds and ionic state and balancing
Hope this helps, thank you

If you look at the question paper of NEET-UG 2017, here's the split up of the weightage for topics of class 11 & 12 -
INORGANIC CHEMISTRY FOR CLASS 11, that includes topics like chemical bonding, P-block, periodic table and S-block. Around 8 questions were asked from these topics last year that amounts to nearly 17.78% weightage
More emphasis was paid on Chemical bonding.
INORGANIC CHEMISTRY FOR CLASS 12, that includes topics like Coordination compounds, D-block & F-block elements, metallurgy, qualitative analysis. Around 8 questions have been asked from these topics as well last year which is again 17.78%, weightage.
More emphasis was paid on coordination compounds.
ORGANIC CHEMISTRY FOR CLASS 11, that includes general organic chemistry. Around 3 questions were asked last year with a weightage of 6.67%.
ORGANIC CHEMISTRY FOR CLASS 12, includes topics like Alkyl halide, alcohols, ether, Aromatic compounds, Biomolecules, carbonyl compounds, Chemistry in everyday life, Environmental chemistry, IUPAC and isomers, practical organic chemistry. Around 13 questions were asked and a weightage of 28.89%.
More emphasis was paid on carbonyl compounds.
PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY FOR CLASS 11, includes topics like atomic structure & nuclear chemistry, chemical and physical equilibrium. Around 7 questions were asked from these topics and a weightage alloted was 15.56%.
More emphasis was paid on chemical equilibrium and Thermodynamics.
PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY FOR CLASS 12, includes topics like chemical kinetics, electrochemistry, solid state, solution and colligative properties. Around 6 questions were asked from these topics with a weightage of 13.33%.
More emphasis was paid on chemical kinetics.

Hope this helps
