Apart from the government medical colleges under NEET , there are a list of government run medical institutions that do not come under NEET UG entrance examinations . These colleges have entrance exam of their own upon qualifying which will grant you a seat in the college . Here I give below list of colleges according to your query and the tentative dates of registration agidt it .

1. JIPMER Pondicherry -  application form releases from March 6, 2019.
2 . AIIMS RAIPUR
3 .AIIMS BHOPAL            -  application form for AIIMS         
                                              entrance examinations has      
                                             been released from February
                                     22 - 19 March being the last date
                                     of registration .
4 . AIIMS RISIKESH
5 . AIIMS JODHPUR
6. AFMC , Pune.            - registration starts from 2nd week of June , 2019 .


There are cretain criteria for AFMC entrance examination . The registration is most probably to start by 2nd week of June and end by the third week . With the results by the 4th or last week tentatively .
A candidate can only be eligible for applying to the registration form of AFMC only after qualifying NEET UG entrance exam . After the NEET qualifying score , the candidate must have 50% marks in 12th board and an aggregate of 60% in chemistry and biology .
The candidate must have passed 10th with math as a subject .
Medical fitness test is conducted before the admission . Where the required height and weight for girls is 144cms and 36kgs respectively . And for the boys it is 157.5 cms height to 47kgs weight .

After qualifying the above mentioned criteria one becomes eligible for AFMC .
