other than MBBS and equivalent to MBBS, you can have following options

1) BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicines and Surgery)

2) BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicines and Surgery)

3) BDS (bachelor of Dental Surgery)

These are such options which you can consider as career options which is equivalent to MBBS
