Generally all colleges are good under university of delhi, but if you resides in delhi only and that too in south delhi than go for colleges which are in south like sri aurobindo, dayal singh. 

But in case you wanted to reside in north than go for satyawati college as this college is in north delhi in ashok vihar. And you will definitely get good exposur there.
